The "Pashupati Apartments" is proposed to be constructed in the prestigious neighborhood of Maharajgunj, in close proximity of the Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital and the Embassy of the United States. Although the Project is located very close to the Maharajgunj Road, the site is set in quiet and peaceful residential surrounding. The architectural design of the Project has been conceived to maximize views and sunlight access to each apartment, as well as the consolidation of shared green space in the center of the site. The mix of the different types of residential units has been architecturally coordinated to achieve a visually enriching built-form which also allows for optimizing views and sunlight to all parts of the buildings. The top of the built-form has been designed specifically to develop and contribute an interesting skyline to the City, incorporating some of the features of the traditional architecture of Kathmandu. The total area of the site is around 15 Ropanis.
